Sessions and Fees

1 hour Intake $140 + HST

The intake session is the first time we will meet. The full hour intake session is used to get to know each other, fill in the necessary paperwork, and give art making in session a try (if you would like to). This time is important as we both need to feel comfortable and make sure we are a good fit before committing to more sessions. Should we not be a good fit, I will do my best to offer recommendations for a therapist that may suit you better.

1 hour Individual $165 + HST

These are the typical session that take place after an intake. We will meet at regularly scheduled time to work towards your goals using your preferred method. These sessions are tailored to you and your needs. Please look through the Therapy tabs in the menu to see what method you are interested in trying out if you have not already.

1 hour Professional Group*

This professional group offering is for businesses and organizations to provide support to their staff. The sessions are arts based with a focus on wellness and stress reduction. We meet as a group and spend our time together releasing tension, creating, and sharing. *These sessions are priced per organization as needs differ company to company, please contact for more information regarding fees.
