Sixty Minute Intake

The intake session is the first time we will meet. The full hour intake session is used to get to know each other, fill in the necessary paperwork, and give art making in session a try (if you would like to). This time is important as we both need to feel comfortable and make sure we are a good fit before committing to more sessions.
Sixty Minute Individual

These are the typical session that take place after an intake. We will meet at regularly scheduled time to work towards your goals using your preferred method. These sessions are tailored to you and your needs.
Ninety Minute MS Group
$50 per person
These groups are usually five to ten people and are a great way to join a community of people going through similar things. Everyone will have time to share their thoughts and feelings as I guide us through discussions and maybe some art making! Reach out for group availability, new groups are starting all the time.
MS Casual Support Group
No Charge
Come find your community with this biweekly virtual group! It is a casual place to come chat and hang out and just be around people who get it.
